At INN7, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, our customer care team is here to assist you with your international return or exchange.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact Us Within 14 Days: Please contact INN7's customer care team at support@inn7-fashion.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel to request a return or exchange approval.

  • Await Approval: Wait for our approval before shipping any items back. Packages sent without prior approval may not be accepted, and return shipping fees may be charged to you.


Return Conditions

  • Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and security tags intact.

  • Footwear: Must include the original, undamaged shoe box. 

  • Security Tags: Items without intact security tags or returned with damaged security tags may not qualify for a refund or exchange.


Refunds

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using our discounted carrier options for convenience and tracking.

  • Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Exchanges

  • Size or Color Changes: We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, if available.

  • Exchange Fee: An exchange fee of €50 applies to cover re-shipping and handling costs. This fee helps us manage international shipping expenses.

  • Customs Fees: Additional customs fees for exchange shipments may apply and are your responsibility.

  • Unavailable Items: If the exchange item is unavailable, we will offer you store credit.


Sale & End-of-Season Items

  • Final Sale Items: Items purchased during end-of-season sales or final sale promotions are not eligible for return or refund, except in special cases at our discretion.

  • Assistance with Sizing: We encourage you to chat with us on our website for assistance in choosing the right size before purchasing sale items.


Store Credit

  • No Expiration: Store credit issued upon request for returned items has no expiration date.

  • Non-Refundable: Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be combined with other credits or promotions.


International Return Guidelines

  • Shipping Back Items: Approved items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your return approval.

  • Trackable Service: All international returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service. INN7 is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

  • Non-Compliance: If your return does not meet the outlined conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

  • Processing Time: We aim to process all returns within 3 working days of receiving the package.
