HASSLE-FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a smooth experience and prevent customs delays, we facilitate all international returns via our express FedEx service, handling the necessary customs documentation for you.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Email Us: Contact support@inn7-fashion.com within 14 days of delivery.

Get Your Label: We will generate a pre-paid FedEx return label and the necessary "Returned Goods" customs documents.
- Important: Please only use the documents provided by us. Using your own shipping method often results in double taxation and delays at customs, for which you will be fully responsible.
- Ship: Print the documents, attach the label, and drop off the package at any FedEx location.
COSTS & DEDUCTIONS
We strive to keep return costs fair. The following fees will be deducted from your refund (or charged) to cover express shipping and handling:

Refunding an Item (Return Fee):
- European Union & UK: €35
- USA & Rest of World: €55

Exchanging an Item:
Need a different size? We prefer to get you the right fit!- First Exchange: Subsidized rate of €15 (covers handling and re-shipping).
- Subsequent Exchanges: If further exchanges are needed for the same order, standard return fees apply (€35 EU / €55 ROW).
- Note: If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will offer you a full refund or Store Credit.
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
- Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original INN7 security tags and brand tags attached. Items returned without the security tag intact will not be accepted.
- Footwear: Must be returned in the original, undamaged shoe box, placed inside a protective shipping box.

Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.

STORE CREDIT
Store credit issued for returns or exchanges has no expiration date. Please note that store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected at our boutique, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
