INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Every order is dispatched from our Athens atelier. Orders leave Athens on Wednesdays and Fridays. Order by 12:00 (Athens time) on Saturday to make Wednesday's dispatch, or by 12:00 on Tuesday to make Friday's dispatch.
TIMES & COSTS
- Europe — €35, complimentary over €400. Typically 4–7 business days from order to doorstep.
- Greece — €15, complimentary over €200.
- USA & rest of world — €50, complimentary over €400. Typically 5–8 business days.
- Russia — €80 (via CDEK).
Final rates are shown at checkout according to destination and order value. Every shipment is delivered by FedEx, fully tracked.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Within the European Union: your order ships within the EU and the price you pay at checkout is the final price. VAT is already included and there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
Outside the European Union: your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and local clearance fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the price at checkout and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Every shipment leaves with complete customs documentation to minimize delays.
