What is your shipping policy?
Every order is dispatched from our Athens atelier and delivered worldwide by FedEx, fully tracked. Orders leave Athens on Wednesdays and Fridays — order by 12:00 (Athens time) on Saturday to make Wednesday's dispatch, or by 12:00 on Tuesday to make Friday's. Europe — €35, complimentary over €400, typically 4–7 business days. Greece — €15, complimentary over €200. Rest of world — €50, complimentary over €400, typically 5–8 business days. Final rates are shown at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Within the European Union — no. Your order ships within the EU, VAT is already included, and the price you pay at checkout is the final price; there is nothing further to pay on delivery. Outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and local clearance fees charged by the destination country — these remain the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags attached. We provide the pre-paid return label — and, for returns from outside the EU, the customs documents to use with it. Are your products authentic?
Yes. INN7 is an authorized retailer for all brands we carry. Every item is sourced directly from the designers or their official distributors.
Do you offer price adjustments?
If an item you purchased goes on sale within 14 days, contact us and we'll issue a refund for the difference.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also contact us anytime for updates.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes — our Athens boutique is at Mark. Mpotsari 12, Glyfada 166 75, on the Athens Riviera; we are available Tuesday to Saturday. Visiting Israel? You are equally welcome at our Tel Aviv boutique on HaMered 5 — contact us for hours and appointments.
