Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@inn7-fashion.com and we will take it from there.

Inside the European Union & UK. We send you a pre-paid return label. The return shipping cost — €35 — is deducted from your refund. This is the price of sending the item back, not a handling or restocking fee. Returns from within the EU travel inside the EU to our Athens atelier: no customs paperwork is involved and there is nothing for you to declare or pay.

Outside the European Union. Return shipping from outside the EU costs considerably more, and the amount depends on where you are. We confirm the exact figure with you before we issue the label, and it is deducted from your refund. Nothing is charged until you have agreed to it. Returns from outside the EU also require customs documents, which we send you together with the label — please use only the documents we provide, as another shipping method usually causes double taxation and customs delays, which remain the customer's responsibility.

Sometimes we will not need the item back at all. Where that applies we will simply tell you, and there is nothing for you to pack, print or send.

Exchanges. Tell us the size you would like and we will confirm it is in stock before anything moves. Inside the EU & UK the first exchange on an order ships at €15; further exchanges on the same order are charged at the standard return fee. Outside the EU we confirm the exchange shipping cost with you before you commit to it. If the requested item is unavailable, we offer a full refund or store credit.

Condition. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original INN7 security tags and brand tags attached. Items returned without the intact security tag cannot be accepted. Footwear must be returned in the original, undamaged shoe box, inside a protective shipping box.

Final Sale: items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected in Athens, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Store credit never expires; it is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

For customers in the European Union: in accordance with the 14-day cooling-off period, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, under the same conditions above.
