Returns Within 14 Days

To start a return, email support@inn7-fashion.com within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs:

• EU & UK: €35 is deducted from your refund.
• All other destinations: the cost depends on your location. We confirm the exact amount with you and obtain your agreement before issuing the return label. The agreed cost is deducted from your refund.

These are return-shipping charges, not an additional handling or restocking fee. We provide the return instructions and any required customs documents.

Need a different size? We confirm availability first. The first exchange within the EU & UK ships at €15; further exchanges are charged at the standard €35 return fee. For other destinations, we confirm the shipping cost before you commit.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original INN7 security tags and brand tags attached. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund under our policy.
