International orders ship from Tel Aviv via DHL (tracked), with customs documentation included. Delivery rates are calculated by destination at checkout:

- Russia — €80 (via CDEK)

- We will send you a prepaid DHL return label
- The return-shipping cost — the price of the DHL return label — is deducted from your refund: €35 for EU & UK, €50 for the Rest of World. This is the cost of sending the item back, not a separate handling or restocking fee.
- Your refund is issued once we receive and inspect the return
