The linen inserts change the tactile experience at contact points: woven structure against the skin, a dry, slightly textured hand that pulls heat away from the body more readily than the cotton shell. Raw-cut hem means no turned edge, no finishing tape -- just the fabric meeting air. The pocket configuration (hidden front zip, bellow, welt, internal safety) keeps the exterior uncluttered.
