GUIDI rarely works in color. When they do, the result carries the weight of intention. The Q10M in pink is the smallest object in their belt bag range -- a compact crescent of soft horse full grain leather, piece-dyed after construction so the color saturates every fold, every raw edge, every stitch channel at once. The pink is not bright. It is a muted, dusty tone that shifts between rose and terracotta depending on the light, the result of vegetable-tanned leather absorbing pigment unevenly across its natural grain.
The construction follows GUIDI's strict minimalism. Unlined -- the interior is the flesh side of the same horse hide, exposed and tactile, slightly napped against your fingertips. A single zip closes the compartment. The strap adjusts to sit at the waist or cross the chest. Under your hand, the exterior is soft and warm, with the fine grain of horse leather that has been slowly tanned using bark extracts at Conceria Guidi Rosellini in Pescia, Tuscany. The leather will darken at the contact points over months of wear, the pink deepening into something richer and more personal with each season.
