DHL International Delivery

International orders ship from Tel Aviv via DHL (tracked), with customs documentation included. Delivery rates are calculated by destination at checkout:

• Europe — €35 (complimentary over €400)
• Greece — €15
• Rest of World, incl. USA — €50 (complimentary over €400)
• Russia — €80 (via CDEK)

Final delivery options and timing are shown at checkout. Duties, taxes and local fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Hassle-Free Returns Within 14 Days

If an item does not fit or is not quite right, returns are simple and straightforward.

How it works:

• Email support@inn7-fashion.com within 14 days of delivery
• We will send you a prepaid DHL return label
• The return-shipping cost — the price of the DHL return label — is deducted from your refund: €35 for EU & UK, €50 for the Rest of World. This is the cost of sending the item back, not a separate handling or restocking fee.
• Your refund is issued once we receive and inspect the return

• Original INN7 security tags attached
• Brand tags still attached
• Item unworn and in original condition
